Hello! I'm Dr. Stefan Rabnett and I love helping people realize their full potential. It is such a wonderful thing to be a part of, and there's nothing like a win/win relationship to help move humanity forward a notch. Wholistic Health and Mindset Coaching has become the synthesis of all I've learned and studied in my life, and I know that coaching people is a big part of what I'm here to do and contribute. I simply love it.
I have been a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine for close to 20 years and it never ceases to amaze me just how incredible the human journey is, and how often certain underlying themes start to emerge in our health, wealth, and happiness in life. I’m grateful I have learned a system (which includes the invaluable 5 Element framework) that describes these themes so perfectly, and allows us to then recognize and change them to create the life we want, for as long as we want.

I have always been a bit of a science geek too. The last few decades have completely changed how we look at neuroscience and the psychology of habits. We now know the brain can change, even at an advanced age, and this neuroplasticity is something we can leverage to create the health and vitality we desire. AND I couldn't be happier that studies have shown humour enhances neuroplasticity as well. Because quite frankly, I like to laugh.

In my younger years, I went straight from high school to university, and after graduation proceeded to travel around the world. It was during those travels, especially to the Himalayas and Tibet, that I knew I wanted to further study how themes and patterns shape our health and well-being. I embarked on my journey to become a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which perfectly blended ancient wisdom and modern science. I devoured book after book on quantum physics and psychology. And that paired with the beautiful language of TCM and five elements to create a framework for how we interpret, store, and habitualize our experience. In the two decades of clinical experience since, it has become abundantly clear how much that framework shapes our health, wellbeing, and success in life.
My favourite parts of my clinical toolbox, which include: Acupuncture, Lifestyle Advice, Herbology, Qi gong and other modalites, have always revolved around the underlying themes and background habits that have created the situation for which a patient is seeking treatment. I have worked with NHL players, Olympic Athletes, and people from all walks of life, and the mental component has always been what I find most exciting. This has led me to the study of habits, and the science of optimizing physical and mental vitality for a long, vibrant life.
As a Jay Shetty Certified Life coach I now blend my knowledge of Wholistic Health and Longevity as a Dr of TCM, with the protocols of a Life Coach, to create the perfect framework for you to be the absolute best version of yourself.
