Hello! I'm Dr. Stefan Rabnett. I've been where you are. I know what it's like to have a mindset that isn't contributing to my life. And I know that when that mindset is changed, incredible things happen!

The Power of Patterns

So how do we change our mindset? How do we get out of reaction, and stop being a slave to our self limiting beliefs?

We recognize the patterns and themes that permeate every aspect of our being. As humans we filter, perceive, and store all our experiences. There are distinct patterns to those filters and subsequent reactions. Using a variety of templates (such as the five element system), we will identify and change all the necessary patterns.
